QUALITY - Each of our desks is handmade to order from the finest quality European oak, which is sustainably sourced from FSC-certified sawmills. The Oak has been kiln-dried to the moisture content of the average household.

FINISH - Once the Oak is machined to a flat surface, it is then sanded to a smooth finish ready for the hardwax oil to be applied. Once the hard wax oil is applied, this gives the oak a durable protection, whilst bringing out all the natural character of the Oak. We have three finishes available as standard, but we do have many more available to choose from on request.

Shipping & Returns

Each of our handmade-to-order products has a different lead time. The lead times can change slightly, depending on workload, so please check the product descriptions in case of updated lead time.

  • Wall shelves and hairpin leg console Tables - 7-10 days plus 48-hour shipping
  • Frame leg console tables - 10-15 working days plus 48-hour shipping
  • Desks, Breakfast Bars, TV unit, Bookcases, Coffee tables, Benches - 3 weeks plus 48-hour shipping
  • Dining Tables - 4 weeks plus 48 hr shipping
  • Dining chairs & stools - 2-4 working days

All Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, but they must be in their original condition.

Care Instructions

  1. Dust Removal:Begin by dusting the furniture with a soft, lint-free cloth or a feather duster. This helps remove loose dirt and debris without scratching the surface.
  2. Mild Soap Solution:Prepare a mild soap solution by mixing a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water. Avoid using harsh detergents or chemical cleaners, as they can damage the wax / Oil finish.
  3. Dampen a Cloth:Dampen a soft, clean cloth in the soap solution. Wring out excess water to ensure the cloth is only slightly damp.
  4. Gentle Wiping: Wipe the furniture gently with the damp cloth. Work in the direction of the wood grain to avoid causing scratches.
  5. Dry Immediately: Dry the furniture immediately using a dry, clean cloth. Water can damage the wax finish, so it's essential to prevent prolonged exposure.

Had been looking for a walnut colour table for a while and took a chance on this as initially couldn’t see the whole table in walnut. We love it, has a lovely finish on it and looks like a good piece of quality furniture.

The drill holes were too small, needed to get a drill to make them larger, one drill peice snapped and is stuck in the underside of the table. If the holes had been bigger all could have been avoided.

Size exactly what we wanted. Clear oil light oak top beautiful however legs appear darker and have a lacquer finish and do not match top. Also found it difficult to tighten leg screws.

The tabletop and legs are made from the same European oak and finished with the same oil — there isn’t any extra lacquer on the legs. As solid oak naturally varies in tone and grain, slight colour differences can occur between pieces, but they should be a close to identical match.
